In our continuing effort to provide tighter integration with our DMS partners we have developed a more robust and responsive data interface with ADP’s Drive and WebSuite dealership management systems.

This was done by utilizing ADP’s Certified PIP Interface that provides consistent event-based data feeds and write-back integration that allows MPi EDGE to push repair order information back into the Drive system.

Customer Facing Features and Enhancements in this Release

Support for ADP PIP integration

• This new integration with ADP allows for more timely event-based updates and notifications. Simply creating an RO or changing information in your DMS system will trigger an immediate update in the EDGE program keeping both systems in sync. PIP integration is the fully certified and supported integration method provided by ADP.

Support for DMS Write Back Functionality

• This new integration with ADP also allows MPi EDGE to write-back information to the ADP database. Including recommendations, pricing, and line item details.

• Once enabled you can access the EDGE Writeback functionality right from a button on the EDGE Estimate Screen. Pressing this button will open a dialog allowing you to confirm the approved recommendations from the Estimate for Writeback.

• Clicking the Writeback Now button will send the RO updates from EDGE back to the ADP DMS system.
