Printing Customer Reports in Spanish

To print Customer Reports in Spanish, take the following steps:

  1. Verify that multi-language support is enable.
    • From the EDGE toolbar, click Tools, Admin Options and select the Customer Reports tab.
    • Check the preference call "Allow multi-lingual reports" and click OK to save.
  2. Click on the repair order you want to print for in the RO List and click Tools, Reports, Customer to display the Reports window.
  3. Click on the report name you want to print from the Available Reports panel.
  4. Select Spanish from the dropdown box in the lower left.
  5. Click Email or Print to generate the report
